CoverGirl - Paris Burns
CoverGirl were the short lived band featuring members of Trash Kit, Wetdog and Peepholes, and the band that was the raw creative beginnings of Shopping.
Released on Captured Tracks in 2011, this excellent 7" EP is just about all they left us with, and is electro-infected post-punk perfection that has nods to Husbands and Huggy Bear, but bounces with enough of its own energy and vocal inflections to shine as brightly.
