The B-52's - Wild Planet

The B-52's second album, Wild Planet, originally released in 1980 matches their self-titled debut of the previous year for sheer pop perfection, post-punk inventiveness and garage thrills. It includes the singles 'Private Idaho,' 'Party Out of Bounds,' and 'Give Me Back My Man.'

Although they would go on to greater popular success a decade later with hits like 'Love Shack' and 'Roam', it is these first two albums that cement The B-52's position as one of the greatest bands of new-wave and beyond.
