We are currently offering free delivery, with no minimum order value, to local customers in Bristol*. Your order will be carefully hand-delivered, in a safely-distanced manner, by a member of radio/ON staff, and you can even request an exact time for your delivery, including same-day!

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY? HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Yep! When you check-out you'll see the different options for postage to your country, including airmail, tracked/signed, and economy surface mail.
WHY CAN'T I SEE SHIPPING COSTS IN DESCRIPTIONS? IS SHIPPING INCLUDED IN THE PRICES?
Prices do not include shipping costs. We do not display postage costs next to each item because shipping costs are based on the total weight of your entire order, to keep this cost as low as possible.
Therefore, shipping costs are only calculated when you go to the check-out. You can see the shipping costs in the check-out before you confirm your order, and can adjust your shopping cart as much as you like before you make your purchase.
When you check-out, you will be offered a selection of shipping options, depending on where you are located, with the cheapest option set as the default.
We are currently offering free shipping on all UK orders when you spend £25 or more. These orders will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class post. You also have the option to choose 1st class or Signed-For delivery at checkout if you prefer.
ARE MY RECORDS WELL-PACKED?
Yes! We take great care packing all orders, and always use high quality packaging to protect your purchases.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER? WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY RECORDS?
All orders are sent out next working day (unless they contain pre-orders - see below).
When you purchase a pre-release item (pre-order), we will hold shipment on your entire order until it is ready to go. If you do not want to wait for the rest of your order, please place pre-release orders separately. You can also cancel a pre-order at any time prior to dispatch by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org if you want the rest of your order to ship right away (payment is only taken when items are ready to ship).
We cannot guarantee delivery times (other than Special Delivery in UK, or Local Delivery in Bristol), and these will vary depending on the shipping option you choose, and where you live. As a rough guide, we expect deliveries to UK addresses to take no more than a few days; airmail normally takes up to a week; surface mail can sometimes take around a month to arrive.
Of course, remember that delivery times can sometimes be substantially longer, and we have no control over this. If, however, you are concerned about an order that has not arrived, feel free to get in touch.
Tracking and/or a signed-for delivery option is available to choose at check-out, and we recommend using this option if delivery is unreliable in your country/region. More details below...
IS MY DELIVERY TRACKED?
When you check-out, you will be given an option to choose tracked and/or signed-for delivery. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order as shipped.
We recommend using the tracked/signed-for option if you think delivery may be unreliable in your region. This service differs depending on the country you live in; where both tracking and signed-for service is available, we will use this. However, for delivery to certain countries, only one option is available; if a choice between the two exist, we will chose tracking.
Tracking is unavailable to addresses in the UK, however, you can choose signed-for delivery and receive a tracking number and confirmation of delivery.
CAN I COLLECT IN PERSON?
Our Bristol shop is currently closed, and, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, collection is not an option we are offering/ However, we are offering free local delivery within Bristol. This can be to your home, work, or anywhere else you'd like (ask us to meet you in the park if you want!). Just select 'Local Delivery' when checking out, and feel free to request a specific time and date for delivery - including same day!
