Returns & Refund Policy

We are happy to accept returns on orders within 14 days of purchase. Sale items are not eligible for return.

If you wish to return any item(s), please contact us first so that we know how you wish us to process your return (eg. exchange faulty item, return unwanted item, issue refund, issue store credit, etc.). We can also assist you though the returns process, including how to package your items and where to send them.

Our aim is to make it as easy as possible for you to return any items to us if you wish to.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Sealed items must still be sealed. Any new vinyl, compact discs or cassettes must be un-played. If we believe that this is not the case, we will let you know why (and whether a refund or exchange will be issued).

Please state clearly the nature of the fault (eg. warped vinyl, damaged sleeve/case, etc.). We will only issue refunds or exchanges on items that were damaged or faulty prior to you receiving them (other than items listed as damaged, and sold at a reduced price). Defected or damaged items will be exchanged for the same item if possible; if this item is no longer available, we will give you the choice of receiving a refund, or store credit. 

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot normally accept returns or issue refunds/exchanges. Please contact us if this is the case and we will try to assist you with any issues you have with your order.



If you have requested a refund, then once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment immediately..

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are returning items that were damaged or a defective prior to you receiving them (other than new or used items listed as damaged, and sold at a reduced price), or items received in error, we will issue you store credit for the cost of return shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
