Following their 2019 album on Emotional Response, and two 7”s on Slumberland and Domestic Departure in 2020, Neutrals continue their run of DIY indie-pop post-punk records with this new 7"EP on Static Shock, four songs of modish-jangle-punk brilliance with irrefutable nods to the likes of Television Personalities, The Times, and Swell Maps. 
 
Based in Oakland, California, Neutrals are made up of Scottish singer/guitarist Allan McNaughton (Giant Haystacks, Airfix Kits), bassist/singer Phil Benson (Terry Malts, Magic Bullets), and drummer Phil Lantz (Cocktails, Razz, Airfix Kits).
